Geoffrey Randall is a full-time associate at Reckon. He has five years’ experience of consultancy in regulation and competition economics.

He has experience in econometrics, modelling and data analysis. He is familiar with regulatory issues associated with price controls in energy and utilities, including relative efficiency analysis, financial incentive schemes, and the estimation of productivity trends.
