Publication of BSC Panel Election Results (Approved)

Current Status

Alternative Modification P206 was approved on 24 January 2007, with an Implementation Date of 31 January 2007.

Alternative Modification P206 will introduce the publication on the ELEXON website of the number of votes each candidate receives in the elections for the BSC Panel Industry Members. The results of the 2006 BSC Panel elections will not be published. Proposed Modification P206 had also sought to introduce the publication of the number of votes in a similar manner, but if approved the results for the 2006 BSC Panel elections would have been published retrospectively.
